Sales Manager

Job brief

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to grow our domestic client and commercial portfolio. You will be responsible for driving sales, plan sales forecast and liaise with the installation team to ensure the original project brief is delivered.

Company:

For over 15 years we have been designing and installing smart home solutions in homes across the UK. We design and install solutions with home cinema, audio, lighting, heating, assisted living and home security using a variety of wired and wireless, controller-based systems. Our main client based are homeowners, but we also work with Architects and Property Developers.

Location:

Based in Gosport, travelling across the South East, East and West to visit clients and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage a sales forecast for the domestic and commercial market
  • Use sales channels to engage with the domestic market
  • Seek new opportunities and build relationships with Architects and Property Developers
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

Requirements

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience of setting business objectives, creating a sales forecast and executing the sales forecast
  • At least five years’ experience working in a sales role for high-end technological products
  • Experience of selling to ABC1 domestic market and worked with Architects and Property Developers
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise

We are looking for someone who can exceed in the role quickly. There is a strong prospect to be promoted in the role once evidence of expert knowledge in the business and built/delivered on sales forecast.
